FAQ

Q. How long does the Fight Club program go for?

The Individual Fighter’s Member ship is a 1-year subscription, giving you access to the 15-week ‘Best Me” program, resources, articles and tools to use in everyday life. The Corporate programs are bespoke, and we create programs that best fit your organisation; however, we believe anything less than 3 months will not have enough impact.

What can I expect from the Fight Club program?

You can expect to be challenged like you never have been before. You will be taken out of your comfort zone to a place that makes you think differently and view your life in a completely different way. Our program is dynamic and engaging. It involves taking you on a personal journey of self-discovery to fight for what matters in your life. We provide a community of like-minded men helping each other through discussion and learned experience. There is the ability to have added one-on-one sessions, one-day group workshops, guest speakers plus much more.

Will I have to give up much of my time to be in the program?

No. While there are many different components to the Fight Club program it has been designed to fit within your daily life as much as possible. The Individual programs aim to fit into every man’s schedule. In life you will give your time to what means most to you. The Corporate programs, again we work with the organisation to create a program that fits their needs. We believe relationships are important, so being able to spend time with the team is important, however we can do this via one-on-ones, groups etc. The only commitments are an introduction workshop, mid program review and a celebration day.

Is the program private and confidential?

Absolutely. We do not promote or share the details of any of our participants. Furthermore, any information shared during the program by a participant is strictly private and confidential. All participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement before the program starts, declaring that they will in no way share information given by another participant, either during or after the program.

Do I have access to additional help if I need it?

Yes. We have a network of professionals in a range of fields, from psychologists, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, grief counselling, relationship counselling, addiction treatment if a participant agrees to seeking additional help. Any additional help that is outside the Fight Club program is at the expense of the participant.

What happens after the program?

All Fight Club participants are invited to join our network of ‘Fighters’ once they graduate from our program. Our network of ‘Fighters’ provides ongoing support via online resources, workshops, speakers, social evenings plus much more, so you will continue to have the support of the Fight Club community after you have completed any of our programs.
